Corona Lisa

Acrylic and Oil on Canvas- 2020

I began this painting as a serious study of the Mona Lisa by Davinci. Then with the events of 2020, I was inspired to add some elements unique to the times we were living, like the hand sanitizer bottle she is holding in her hand and the bandana, both pieces were painted using real references I had at hand, my own bandana and my little Purelle bottle.
